My guest this week is Marian Trench, a bio-energy, reiki, hidden mind and corrective sound therapist based in Co. Roscommon. I have known Marian for years and am so blessed to have her as one of my closest friends and also my 'go-to' person for my own self-care needs. I met Marian over 13 years ago at a time in her life that she was experiencing huge anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder, I believe the Universe aligned our paths so we could meet up and connect that day and it was a soul connection that both of us would learn and benefit from immensely.
