Carolyn is a Hypnotherapist and Self Love & Mindset Mentor specialising in HeartHealing™. She is passionate about leading women on their self love journey, because she believes that self love is the key to unlocking all the abundance of happiness, love and all things that we truly desire. Born in South Africa to British parents she now lives in Malta, after having spent a year in USA and 19 years in UK. She came across law of attraction and really started to apply herself to the learnings and from there it all just expanded. She learnt about ETF (tapping), about hypnotherapy and got certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy. Most recently she discovered HeartHealing. The main thing she's learnt is that we won't ever be right with anything in our life until we are first and foremost right with ourselves.Her whole ethos is that it all starts with love. Without love we are lost. So, this is the journey she finds herself on, one leading her back to wholeness within her and loving herself so that she can love others in the way that they deserve to be loved - unconditionally. With HeartHealing, We believe that in our lives the 'wounds' which impact us the most are Trust in ourselves and in others, unconditional love for ourselves and for others but also in being open to receiving love from others, our worthiness just as we are and the worthiness we see in others, accepting ourselves as we are and accepting others as they are too. And feeling enough as we are.
