Jane Iskander is an Occupational Therapist, Coach and Death Cafe host.She creates supportive conversations around living with diagnosis and illness, death and dying, from the heart and with humour, (go on ask her more!)Passionate about helping people who’ve become trapped by life's changes and challenges, including a life changing diagnosis, she helps them find ways of making changes towards their health, career or relationships they’d love.Jane empowers connection with the untapped power of the self, the mind and neuroscience without years of therapy! She offers 1:1 Coaching online and face to face plus a variety of group programmes.Also available are bespoke personal visualisation recordings, team wellbeing and reflection programmes, ‘Life & The Unspoken’ and group/community sessions.Jane also runs a local Death Cafe. This is a nationwide initiative and is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session.
