Teresa Lewis is an artist who was ill-health retired way before retirement age due to a variety of health issues. Over time, Teresa found art to be a creative outlet that also helped her to make a difference to the people who received her pieces, improve her feelings of self worth, and later develop a business that offers both commissions and products to equestrian and rural enthusiasts. In this podcast, Teresa talks about her journey to where she is today, gives some great advice to people suffering with invisible illnesses, chats about imposter syndrome, and also shares some tips on what she does when she has down days.
