You might have expectations for how quickly you'll stop binge eating. But you might not end up living up to those expectations. You learn some new tools, you gain some knowledge that makes sense, and then you put them into action, unsuccessfully. You still binge and you may want to beat yourself up over it. Beating yourself up isn't going to be a useful tactic but, you might not know how to not do it. In this episode, I'm going to help you stop.
