A few small notes to start out. One is that we will be dark next week. Um we're gonna take the week off. Everybody is scattered to the winds, and we're gonna take the week off and resume the next Monday, not to worry. That's right. There are fifty-two weeks in a year. If you do three shows a week, it's a hundred and sixty. Well, we could do that. Yeah. We could we could film ourselves. Yeah. That would be fine. But I wanted to do 150 and everybody on the show, and when I say everybody, I'm I mean You know, Michael and Nigel and Sean say, Well uh do what you wanna do. Don't d what are you announcing numbers for? And I because I'm Obsessed with numbers. So we'll get to one hundred and fifty. Don't worry about it. But I'm I'm gonna take this is I took a week off to go play golf in Florida and I'm gonna take a week off and that will be that.
That's one small note.
One hundred fifty has a nice ring to it, like the year twenty fifteen.

Oh I have to make this note But Josh Mauer, our friend Josh Mauer, who is a broadcaster for the Milwaukee Brewers, was also for ten or eleven years broadcasting the Boston College basketball games. And the new coach comes in, Luke Murray, who is the son of Bill Murray. And fires the broadcasters. Or has the school fire the broadcasters, Josh Maurer and Kevin Collins, I believe is his name.
Yes. Um because so we don't want anybody attached with the losing. Uh uh you know I I I think that's awful. Uh every I mean Josh Mara was our first intern at PTI. We like Josh. We went to a game last year when he was broadcasting. We're very fond of Josh, and he's a very good broadcaster. And the notion that the broadcasters had something to do with the losing at Boston College is insane. And this is another Boston College move. Boston College was the first school to their patient zero. Yeah, yeah. on destroying the geography of the conferences in the United States of America. I I look I understand If a coach comes in and says, I want to clear the decks of everybody who is associated with this. So I assume he's gonna go down to the janitorial staff.
I assume he's gonna go to the administrative staff. I'm sure I I I think you have to do that. If you're gonna fire the broadcasters, you have to fire everybody. Yeah. You have to clean the entire program out. You wanna do that, you do that. It is irresponsible. It's a hundred percent wrong.
Do you know what the the radio guys represent in continuity with your fan base? Those are the guys who resonate the most with your longtime alumni and you know supporters.
Stinks. That's my opinion on that.
