Louise Braun Frank is incredible. I had a pretty hard time interviewing her and not crying. Her story is tragic, there is no doubt about it. How she dealt with it and how she continued on her journey of life, though, is nothing short of inspiring.Louise’s children Joshua and Leah were both diagnosed with a rare progressive terminal disease. Over the course of their short lives, they lost their abilities to walk, see, and manage their personal care. Louise founded the Joy Thru Tears Foundation in 2021.
