I do hate being reduced down to a New Year's Eve party that went well. Uh yeah, but like

up at the lake. So Lake Nick is out. He's wearing shorts. He's wearing flip flops. Um

Yeah. When I saw River on the sea dew. So cute, guys. That was actually the sweetest moment ever.
You know, it's really great right now. Like being at the lake every time I'm here, I I always have like a fonder of appreciation of life and oh or just like what's in my in uh going on my world. Um but you know, I we bought I bought this house like right when we found out River was Nalia's printing with River. So like there's always you know, it was like a perfect time of like, you know, fantasizing about okay, I'm gonna have a kid, you know, having the lake, it's so much it was such about my childhood. I hope my child connects with the lake, yada yada yada. And so river's been up here I don't know, ten, twelve, I don't know. I don't know how many times. Plenty. But she's so young that every time she comes up here, and I don't know how long it'll last, uh maybe another year, but every time she comes up here, it's like the first time again.

and sh you know what I'm saying? Like it's she she's starting to have memories of it, but everything, you know, we do a lot of new stuff and we have with the we did some landscape and there's a playground, you know, and so it's so cool. Like in my like my my like happiest place in the world, like to see her like experience for the first time like it's the best groundhogs day a father could have. It's really great.
That's really beautiful. That's so much fun up here.
I also think it will last for a long time. Like I remember Go into my parents, my dad's side of the family had a lake house when we were younger and it was always magical. Like it never got old because we didn't go it wasn't like we lived there or anything. It was like always magical.
That's how I feel like too. She's gonna it's like different toy you know, it's like everything's everything I kind of made it where everything here is kind of the same as home, just so it's like familiar enough, you know, like she's got the same big girl bed, she's got kind of the same I don't know, the same vibe of stuff and but it's all like different toys. And so every time she comes she's like, Oh my gosh and she opens up like a new drawer or a cabinet or something like that.
