Matthew Bruce is a former Australian soldier turned meditation teacher, facilitator, public speaker and all round inspiration.Matt joined the army at the age of 20 and spent 10 years there with deployments to Afghanistan. He spoke about 270 rocket attacks over a six month period and working while deployed, 10hr days for 13.5 days a fortnight "fifo on steroids". Eventually this led to being emotionally detached and being unable to give empathy or emotion.
