With 20 years of practice and devotion to the healing arts including; Yoga, mindfulness meditation, Shiatsu & 5 Element Theory, Energetic Bodywork, Prenatal/Post Natal yoga, Nutrition, Anatomy/Physiology and Core Shamanism; Jo brings into the practice a reverence for the mystery of life.Having given birth to our 2 children and having profound experiences being by both of her parents as they took their last breath, Jo has been inspired to go deep into what she has called, 'The Yoga of Birth and Death.'
