Chapter 2: How do Cassidy and Jake cope with dark days?
I already don't have thoughts in my head, but like, you know what I mean?
What have you talked to your psychiatrist about how much you want to know?
So I had a few meetings. I was supposed to meet with him like last month and I ghosted him. Um, I'm also ghosting my therapist still right now, but we're going to, we're going to get back into it soon.
How is your therapist?
She's good.
When's the last time you saw her?
Saw her two weeks ago.
What'd you guys talk about?
Trauma. I had a few dark months. I didn't recognize myself in that era.

Chapter 3: What role does therapy play in Cassidy's life?
Oh my God. Okay. So we need to talk about more normal things.
Okay. What's something that you did this weekend that brought you joy?
I stayed in last night. That actually brought me a lot of joy. I think I needed that. You excited for your show today?
Mm-hmm.
so jake banned me from seeing his broadway shows i don't know why but i think it's because the last two times i was there i was front row and every single time he would look at me i would actually just lose my and he was holding in his laughter on stage so hard that i felt so bad because he almost broke i almost i almost made you laughed 15 times last time I was there.
And the time before I went with Alice and it was probably Jake's worst nightmare.
What do you think about when you're alone?
When I'm alone, it can get dark. Like, what do you mean? Like my thoughts, I'm just thinking about... like what you would think about day to day what do you think about when you're alone?
i think about losing everybody in my life yeah that's like definitely what you think about which i don't understand but really scary uh-huh i think about how i'm gonna end up alone so when you're thinking about that you're manifesting it so you need to start thinking more positively in your head like how? Like you need to stop saying you're gonna end up alone.

Got you. Except you haven't let me style you yet.
Well, I have a stylist. Her name is Sydney Lopez and I love her dearly.
She's also awesome.
Yes. Who's your favorite stylist in the world?

Okay, well, Nick is on Therapist Day. He was actually the first person to ever interact with any of my stuff. He's the only reason that I have a career, I would say. And he is so lovely, so kind. Chapter 5: What vintage items did Nick Jonas find on Depop?
When I found out Nick was coming on, I like immediately went to Depop because if there's anything out there, I know there's some old Jonas Brothers merch. And I was correct. And I found this incredible T-shirt. And Manny also found a T-shirt. Manny, come here. Yes. Come sit. Grab the mic.
My beautiful vintage shirt. Yes.
Chapter 6: What are the benefits of using Depop for buying and selling clothes?
Do you use Depop? I use Depop like every month. Do you ever sell clothes on Depop? I never have actually, but I know it's easy. I have friends that do it.
My favorite part about Depop personally, not that you asked, but I'm going to tell you, is that they don't take seller fees. So like a bunch of other companies, like if you're selling...
your clothes like they will take a cut of what you make but depop doesn't take anything so it's like a literal virtual flea market which i think is so cool that is cool also what i love about depop is that like you really do like connect with people that share similar styles to you and style is such a personal thing you really do talk to the person you're buying from like
or that you're selling to. And it is just such a community. I just think it's so incredible. All of my best friends, including me shop on Depop. Like it is just so you find pieces you would not find anywhere. You can just find like really, really unique items. And I just think it is just the perfect place for that. It really is because you can find stuff you literally can't find anywhere else.
Also, what I think is amazing is that Depop is for everyone. Like my best friend, Julia uses it to find like these insane vintage pieces, but then I have
friends with kids that once these kids grow out of these clothes they want a place to sell them so they'll sell them on depop like it really is just such a community where everyone can there's something for everyone and i just think that's so amazing for me it's merch and like concert merch and artist merch and like louise uses it to find shoes she like has a huge shoe collection and like loves finding vintage shoes on depop also it really helps you hone your own personal style because you're not being like told what to buy you're not being like marketed certain items like
You are on the hunt for what you want.

Chapter 7: How does Nick Jonas feel about his favorite artists?
Download the Depop app to start selling. Your first listing only takes a few minutes and there is somebody out there already searching for your style. Thank you again, Depop, for sponsoring today's episode. Stay tuned for all the other guests and the exciting items I find to accompany them. Who's your favorite artist of all time? Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift. Who's yours? Stevie Wonder, probably.
I also love Bon Iver. Very cool.
right very cool right every time i say that i'm always like and bonnie bear yeah because you know like everyone's like what are you listening to right now i'm like just the new bonnie bear record because i just feel like it makes me seem like in the in the scene it's like when you when you order like a fancy cocktail and you're like yeah i drink these all the time what's your favorite cocktail
I keep it quite simple. I just do tequila with soda on the rocks. You seem like a tequila drinker. Yeah. Do I? Yeah. You give that. I'm giving tequila drinker? Yeah. Yeah, that. And then if I'm doing, if I'm like doing a thing. Like I'm going to an event or I'm dressed up. I love to have a dirty martini. That's like. Me too. About gin or vodka? Vodka. Okay.
Chapter 8: What advice does Nick give about dealing with difficult friendships?
You gin? Gin. That's because you're a grown up. Yeah. Yeah. I love a dirty martini. The best dirty martini. I used to like hate olives. Hate. Hate olives more than anything in the world. Then I went to this hotel in London called. How could you hate olives with a passion? I just found them quite disgusting. They're so good. It's my favorite thing. Are they really? Well, I mean, I now enjoy them.
I could eat a bowl of olives. But I have another friend. See how I said another friend? I have another friend who also hates olives and is passionate about it. I'm like, that is such a bizarre thing to be angry about. Can I tell you what it is? The texture doesn't match the taste. Did you ever drink beer? Like, to seem cool sometimes. Like, if I'm with a guy... He's having a beer. I'm like, okay.
I'll get involved. I had this one friend who dropped two or three olives into a beer because of the salty kind of thing with the beer. Yeah, I'd kill myself. I tried it one time. It's interesting. It's not bad, but it's not particularly good either. That's like giving ketchup on pizza. That's crazy to me. That is, that is also crazy to me.
I mean, but at least ketchup is still kind of tomato sauce. I used to hate cherry tomatoes. I love them now. What else did you used to hate that you now love? Oh my God. Love that question. Cherry tomatoes, olives, still hate beets, cottage cheese. I used to like. You used to hate it. Now you love it. Well, I had never tried it because it just bugged me out so bad. Do you like Indian food?
More than anything. My favorite Indian dish is paneer, which is basically cottage cheese cubes and some sort of sauce, right? And I have always hated cottage cheese. And then I had paneer, and I was like, this is the greatest thing. I was like, it's cottage cheese. Did you know that? I'm like, what? I've been lied to my entire life to myself. I don't think I've ever had paneer. I love biryani.
And I love, of course, chicken tikka masala. I love papadum. It's my favorite snack in the entire world with the chutney. So satisfying. So satisfying. And I haven't been able to find this anywhere. There's this one place in New York. Have you ever been to Swagat, New York? I have not. Okay, it's on the Upper West Side. It's some of my favorite Indian food in the entire world.
And they have this thing called puri or puri. Pani puri. Yeah, and it's like this bread and you pop it and it's like, Really hot. It's got like a, they're like this big? Or are you talking about a big one? No, the big, the big one. Okay. And I love lamb korma. Very nice. I'm going to have Indian food tonight. From where? We ordered from a place called Lao Merch. Shout out Lao Merch. Okay.
It's in the valley. Please, I need the Rex because I- It's so good. And my wife approves it. She obviously knows her stuff on Indian food. She approves of this place. Okay, I would tell, will you send this to me? Yeah. What's your favorite type of food? Favorite type of food is number one spot would be Thai food. No. Used to be Italian. It's been taken over by Thai food. You know what?
I have to agree. It's so good. I have to agree. Mine is Thai and Japanese. Those two. Those two really do it for me. I agree. My order is Thai, Italian, Indian, Japanese, everything else. French. I don't know. Everything else. Yeah. I don't like French food. Really? What is French food? French fries. Those are good. I don't count. Come on.
