A reader asks, “How can I stay sober as a stay-at-home mom with a spouse who works outside of the home? We don't have the option of childcare for several reasons. My family isn't nearby and my spouse helps as much as possible when he's home but I feel exhausted and selfish for wanting time to myself.” Annie Grace shares her thoughts about being selflessly selfish and deconstructing our beliefs about alcohol’s power to make us less miserable.
