What is happening in this country over the past several years can only be described as lawlessness. And of course, liberals will blame Donald Trump. Trump supporters will blame the left. And I think, you know, you I've got my biases, but of course it is happening all around. And it did not start with Donald Trump. It certainly did not. Right now, there is a report that CNN, MS Now, and Politico have been barred access to the White House despite the fact that a judge has ordered.
The Trump administration to immediately reinstate their access. The first thing I have to say, and I know we want to get into the news, but I have to say this, my friends: what right do private corporations have to public access above us? For what reason are you not allowed in the White House? Who qualifies these corporations as the press? No one. So if Trump says you can't come in, you can't come in. Yet we've got these corrupt judges, lawlessness. Now listen. Timcast. We of course have White House press access. We've had a reporter, a lot aliw, on the ground, numerous events. The question is right now, why don't I get, me personally, my company, the same infinite access that these organizations get every single day.
You know when I want to go to these events, I still have to submit requests and do all of these things. Yet these people are there every single day as if they for some reason are entitled to public spaces. And this is what I just don't like. If the president says you're not coming to the White House, it is a privilege, not a right. Well, the big story is that recently the Trump administration, Trump himself, have argued that these news organizations are leaking national security information that is a threat to the United States. So he's not going to let them into the White House. Now, at first, this is really crazy. They go and argue before a judge saying we want a restraining or attempt a TRO so that we can go into the White House.
And the judge did not issue a ruling, which is pretty fascinating. However, overnight we got reports that a a binding TRO was issued, and this means These organizations now get unfettered access. Over you. You don't get access. Do you you at home? You don't get to go to the White House. Who do you think you are? They're better than you. And they know it. That's what I can't stand about it. Now don't get me wrong. For most of you, you can start a company, you can be a reporter, you can you can apply for press credentials and all those things. But why should they get guaranteed access? What makes them special? Now, the reporting that we're hearing this morning is that Trump has said no. Or at least they have still been denied access.
And it can be really simple. I know a lot of people are freaking out. Even on the right, they're like, wow, is Trump straight up defying this court order? Maybe. But I'm gonna love with you. It may be as simple as guys. The TRO is it should overnight. And so there's a reasonable amount of time that a person will have to get the paperworks and follow them. So let's just put it this way: the news can report a thing. It doesn't mean it's true, right? And it so here's what happens. Let's say a judge orders the Trump administration to let him in. When does that paperwork reach the hands of President Donald Trump or his lawyers? In which case? If there's a court ruling And immediately the news outlets publish, boom, we won.
It doesn't mean they did. And so I am not going to abide by a news article over a court filing. So that means come the morning. If they knock on the door and say, You have to let us in, court order, I'm going to say, we've not received such a court order, so you can bye bye. It really is that simple. This is as simple as when will they deliver the actual restraining order to Trump as lawyers to the government, for which they can then say, Yes, we did receive it.
