I've been dealing with Emotional Availability (well, the lack of it), for the first time in a relationship over the past 9 months, witnessing myself exhibiting behavior that makes me go, "I don't like who I'm becoming" and feeling an overall sense of disempowerment. This is a very personal podcast episode where I'll share some insights from my own intimate relationship and some patterns I've noticed myself exhibiting, like anxious attachment and codependency.
