27. Is it adrenal fatigue or thyroid disease or both? Discover symptoms and tests you can get to know for sure!

Today we talk about Adrenal Fatigue, Hyper AND Hypothyroidism and how closely the symptoms can be. Learn about the tests most conventional medicine doctors generally order and the tests you should be asking for.  Hint: the TSH is NOT the gold standard for thyroid health! Learn how important both the Thyroid and the Adrenals are to optimal endocrine health and our stress responses.
