What challenges did Charlie face during his PNG trip?

Charlie White 0:00
Triple M footy lives on, listener.
Wade Graham 0:02
Thanks to McDonald's and Ream Hot Water.
Josh Reynolds 0:06
Triple M NRL Daily for Liquorland. Legendary. Choose to drink wise.
Here we go!
Josh Reynolds 0:13
The NRL is on Triple M. What about that? And we've got all the goss. Behind the scenes news. On and off the field. From press conferences to inside the locker rooms.
Unknown 0:23
Stop looking around for excuses. Got to make sure you don't look in glass houses.
Josh Reynolds 0:28
When it comes to the Voldemorts, we'll just do what the police says. On Triple M, this is NRL Daily.

What changes should the Bulldogs make against the Dolphins?

Wade Graham 0:34
Welcome to Triple M NRL Daily on your Thursday, which means we got two of the greats in. The great Josh Grubby Reynolds and the great Wade William Graham. How are you boys?
Charlie White 0:43
Well, not as good as you, Charlie. Overseas little holiday invited by Michael Chemmers. We had to sit here on Monday and he forgot about us. We were a bit disappointed. Chartered flight too.
Wade Graham 0:54
I can't believe that. It was just economy, boys. He said that on the PJ. I wish when we first found out about it, I thought we were going to go private. I was like, oh, that's pretty cool. We're going to fly us private. Then we got our itinerary and it was Qantas 29C.

How did Daniel Saifiti impact the Knights' performance?

Wade Graham 1:06
I was a bit disappointed.
Charlie White 1:08
I would still go for a Cairns.
Wade Graham 1:09
Nah, we went direct on the way back and then via, where did we go? Via Brisbane on the way back. Yeah.
Unknown 1:16
I would have said no if it wasn't, if no private jet. No private jet. Chemist, no, mate, we're out. Splash the big bucks on, you know.
Charlie White 1:23
Luai. Luai and then old Charlie, he forgets quickly, doesn't he?
Wade Graham 1:26
Mate, I would have taken you boys. I said, what about my great mates Wade and Josh? Are they coming too? And they said, no, we've got a budget for them.

What are the Roosters' strengths in their current form?

Wade Graham 1:32
They only fly business, so we can't take them.
Charlie White 1:34
But in all seriousness, Charlie, was it your first time in Papua New Guinea?
Wade Graham 1:37
It was, yeah.
Charlie White 1:38
And I'm assuming that you saw the beginnings of the work at the stadium, the resort. You see that? You meet the people who are involved in the club. What was your biggest takeaway?
Wade Graham 1:49
Biggest takeaway, the stadium's incredible. Like the stadium's good enough now. They want to put some extra seats in it. It currently holds, I think, around 17,000. They want to make it more like 25,000. But it's a good setup. They showed us where the Centre of Excellence is going to be. It's a massive field there.

How are the Titans adapting to their new halfback?

Wade Graham 2:02
They're going to... Clear some softball fields to put the center of excellence in. The resort's nice. It's this place called Airways. It's about a five-minute drive from the airport and you're there. Mate, it's going to be a pretty lush setup they've got. It all just depends on who you are as a person, if it's going to suit you, I think, and what your stage of your life's at. If you're a young single bloke, I reckon it's probably not the place for you. If that's what your vibe is, I guess you can fly back to Cairns and you can still do a bit of that partying stuff. But if you just want to lock in...
Charlie White 2:31
Young and old players want to just party, focus on their career.
Wade Graham 2:35
I think most people want to blow the steam off every now and again.
Unknown 2:40
I actually think, I know we have a laugh about it, but whoever does, well, Willie Peters, sorry, coach, I think there's got to be times in the year where you've got to maybe do that, where it's like you've got to let them maybe go to Cairns or fly home just for periods. Mate, even honestly, if it chips into you, your season and your training sessions and stuff.

What is the significance of NRL Fact or Fiction in this episode?

Unknown 3:03
Yeah. I think that's more important sometimes than the actual, you know, week to week grind of it, of the footy. You know what, especially probably pre-season, you know, when your pre-season is tough and you're grinding away season in the season, you've got plenty going on, but I just think even make, you know, you usually don't ever get weeks off or three or four days off just to go and see people and, and, Feel that normality of family, I think.
Charlie White 3:25
And you mentioned pre-season. Pre-season can become even Groundhog Day in Sydney. You're in the stadium at 7 o'clock. You're out of there at probably 4 o'clock, 5 p.m. Most Arvos, you go home, eat, sleep, repeat. If you're going back to the same resort, seeing the same people,
