It's Charlie White here. We've got a massive show for you. We've got the Graham Trust, the Graham Family Trust. Wade and Jimmy Graham, how are you boys?
Well, both of our respective teams had poor losses on the weekend, and we face each other in a do-or-die game this weekend, Magic Crown.
So, a lot on the line. Yeah, we expected to, when you guys were signed on for the show, we expected you guys to be like contenders, you know? Sharks, Bulldogs, but probably the two most disappointing teams all year.
Well, over the weekend, definitely both performances. Listen, it was a roller coaster. I went to bed Saturday night, obviously not happy with that result. But Sunday morning, couldn't afford to go around like a long time in the dumps because it was Mother's Day. Yeah. So you had to just dust off the bootstraps and get going again.
What did you do for Mother's Day? Because I heard you on a Saturday scrum that you didn't do a fancy lunch because you were worried about your wife's. Not being happy with your spending habits.
Yeah, well, like, she wouldn't be happy if I go somewhere and, like, spoil her and it's too much. So what we did was we got in the chat GPT, organised, like, not an amazing race, but, like, an activity day around Cronulla, took the boys around. So we went to Wanda and got a coffee and some sweets for the boys, went down to the rock pools, had to find fish and crabs around there, and then we went to the ice cream shop, then we went to a restaurant where – We could watch the boys play in the park while me and my wife had a couple of quiet drinks in the sun. Beautiful. And then we went home and got the fire going, Jimmy, and it was a great day.
See, that's brilliant, isn't it? That's the dream where your partner worries about you spending too much on them. Like, sign me up for that.
No, like, she... I don't know, like, she doesn't mind spending money, but... If we were to go and she thought it was over the top too much, it was just me and the wife going out for lunch. It was sweet. But because it was the two boys, she can't cop spending probably over $100, $150 on the kids. I don't mind spending it. It's her day. We'll do whatever she wants. But I know she wouldn't be happy with that. She'd be just constantly thinking about the price. She goes to Vinnies and shops. So that's the type of girl my wife is.
Yeah, I just basically had to endure Dobbo and him just twisting the knife on the bulldog. So that was my Mother's Day in a nutshell.
Well, there might be some more knife twisting because there's a couple of angles for the dogs, which we didn't get to yesterday, which I want to ask your thoughts on it.
I'm actually looking forward to hearing about your Sunday show. Normally I do listen in, of course, but I was somewhat busy yesterday and the Sunday sin bin wasn't at the top of my priority list.

Well, it was probably what we expected more of, of the Melbourne Storm. They've been on this run of losses. It was the seventh in a row, first time in the club's history. But it was... It was a Melbourne Storm performance that we've grown accustomed to in years gone by. A really fast start down there at Amy Park.
