I think that's where he's playing a big role, making sure Sammy's working with us middles and getting us all in the right positions that he wants us. So he's actually doing really well. I can't bag him for that. So he's coming in and helping with game plans or helping with the attack? No, no, definitely not game plans whatsoever. Not even really the attack. It's more just like maybe individual plays and just combinations with the halves and their forwards and Teddy at the back and stuff like that. Just kind of those shapes. But it's definitely nothing around game plan. He just said, if you're going to run something, run it properly.
it's probably a really good year for him to do it just in a sense of like, like, like Sammy, I love watching him play, but he's, he's a bit off the cuff, like for a seven, but then Cherry's a bit the same. Like Cherry does his own thing. So Cherry's, you've gone from Cherry who I've always seen as very close to a six, but he's a great seven. And then Sammy's the same. So for, for Kez to look at it from a different view, like not, not being in there, it would, it would help. And then yourself, man, you're a ball player in the middle as well. So yeah,
Yeah, I think you're right there. I think, you know, those off-the-cuff moments is what's going to win us, you know, big games. So it's important that they stick with that. But there's also, you know, a role there where, you know, us as forwards need to understand what they're doing so we can get our role right. So I think that's where Kiri's kind of stepping in, making sure we're understanding each other's roles and you know what they're going to do kind of before they do it because it's important, those kind of little combinations.
I think there's a play there on the weekend where Semmy scored. It was... You might have even been in the picture as well. It was Robbo jumped out, half line break, and then pass it to Sammy for a try maybe. Mate, there was all of yous around the ball.
