Either way, according to Shonda, he had high functioning autism, so he was at grade level in school. And even though he had trouble concentrating, he was able to keep up with his academics. Timothy was known to have a very rough start to his very short life. Back in 2012, when his family was living in Oklahoma, his mother Shonda was accused of child abuse. I believe at this time Timothy was living with both Shonda as well as his biological father Eric. The investigation into these claims resulting in CPS recommending that Shondas parental rights be terminated. However, Shonda ended up agreeing to relinquish custody to avoid a permanent termination of her parental rights. From there, Shonda apparently moved from place to place pretty frequently, having 18 different addresses spanning multiple states between 2012 and 2021. In 2016, Shonda went to Liberty University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in paralegal studies.
