I've learned how to live with it, I think. It's just a constant.
I've managed not to get that. What I normally do is I think, right, where am I going? I want to be in the zone. So if I know I'm going to land in Sydney in the morning, I'll try to time my sleep so that I'm waking up in the zone. Can you do
that? Yeah, that's the trick. The trigger is when you have to try to go to bed when nighttime is in that place and then
wake
up. And then you've got to get lots of sunlight and eat as soon as you wake up. And I think that just tells your body, okay, new starting time.
This is
how you start your day. And if you do that, then I think you're okay. But if you stay in the old time zone while you're over in the new time zone, staying up late. Yeah,
that's hard. And look, let's be clear, mate. Let's be clear. We travel. We normally have a business class seat. We can sleep. It's all right for us to offer the advice, but that helps. That's true. That makes it so
much more tolerable to say
the least. Oh, that's good. And we actually
get work done, right? I work on the
plane. Absolutely, yeah. Well, you know what? I traveled to Berlin with Qatar. Have you ever flown with them in their Starlink? connection

with the internet that's amazing it's so incredible and when i flew from berlin to to um san francisco i flew air france and they had starlink as

yeah so it's it's night and day it actually changes the game but the problem is is that with qantas if you fly them
you're still you got
nothing disconnected and in some ways i kind of love that sort of little
island
of uh
disconnection so their international flights have no it's coming though isn't it they don't have connections do they No, not the
international ones. And the thing too is that, you know, they're retiring their 380s, so they're not really investing in those. Those are the big, you know, super
jumbos.
So I think, I mean, of any country in the world that could really use it on
international flights, it's
Qantas, but they're kind of lagging. But I expect maybe a Starlink or maybe even an Amazon Leo thing
if that even happens. Don't you find now that I find that when I travel internationally, if I don't have Wi-Fi, it's like something's missing.
Oh, absolutely. Especially when you're doing work, you need to kind of check in online, check
in your
website, do some research, and you can't do that. So you have to be really organized.

If I'm disconnected, I find that all the files I need are usually somewhere else, and I just realize when I'm on the plane, uh-oh, I can't do anything. So then I do nothing, maybe have a glass
of wine. Yeah, I suppose that's the upside, isn't it? You just take a complete break, a complete disconnect, and you're all good.
Yeah, that says a lot. It's good. We can all do with more of those.
