Hi guys, welcome to an episode of Till Death Do Us Part. I'll be your host today, Emily Simpson with... Shane. All right, today we are going to talk about a very recent case. The husband's name is Zachariah Rash. He just went to trial recently. So let's just do a little breakdown. Let's just give you a little brief... Background on this case. So his wife's name was Crystal. So after Crystal Roush disappeared in June of 2024, investigators in Dodge County, Wisconsin, uncovered evidence suggesting that her estranged husband, Zachariah, attempted to cover up her death. Surveillance footage showed the couple together the day she vanished and investigators discovered Zachariah's suspicious internet searches, cleaning supply purchases, and a burn site containing Crystal's remains.
His trial began on June 1st, 2026, where prosecutors charged him with first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. All right. So this is a husband killing a wife. Do you prefer husband killing wife stories or wife killing husband stories? I prefer husbands and wives getting along stories. Oh, would you like to do that? Do you think people would listen if we did a new spinoff on... We could do a bit where it's about a couple that got a divorce and then lived happily ever after. Oh.

Well, I don't know if there's enough out there for, you know. It's not as juicy. It's not. All right. Zachariah Rash met Crystal Rash in 2008 and the two married in 2013. They later had four children together. By 2019, the couple's children had been taken into state custody, which Zachariah later described as hard and depressing.
