This was the day before. before we figured it out but so this was uh i think we shot five ducks but gary glenn hadn't hunted with him all year and he's like well what what are y'all studying in the podcast i was like well we're in first john and uh i said you know i'm i'm at that point that's a few days ago i was like i had some trouble wrapping my head around how to how to talk about this. So I've been studying it a lot. And he's like, well, what are you having trouble with? And so I kind of just launched into a First John study there in the duck blind, which everybody was listening. It turned into a podcast in the wilderness. And I said, but look, I'm not very smart.
And so I'm having to make up for that by just sheer hours of study. This is the hardest I've studied at any point in our podcast.

And so then Gary Glenn, who has been quietly listening, which is difficult for him. He's a lawyer. He loves to talk. He says, well, I'm going to have to disagree with you on that. And I thought, well, here we go. Because I thought... He's now heard something about what I think about 1st John, and he said, I'm going to have to disagree.
