And then during our discussion, we'd love to hear you dig in a bit about what you do in your background a bit more. So let's begin with Courtney. Courtney Willis is a neurodiversity-affirming speech-language pathologist, an educator, and co-founder of Spin the Spectrum, which will be the main topic of our discussion. Spin the Spectrum is the first DJ academy in the US created specifically for autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Based in Dallas, she also is the founder of Speech Wings Therapy, where she specializes in motor speech, augmentative and alternative communication, and strengths-based approaches for autistic clients.
