Chapter 1: Who is Tamra Judge and what makes her a standout housewife?
This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human.
Hey guys, it's us, the Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm Kevin. And I'm Nick. And guess what?
We created our own podcast called Hey Jonas. We invented a podcast? Well, we didn't invent it. We just contributed to it. We're the first people to do podcasts. We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions. Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but you know. Tired and sick. Tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it. Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy? Not quite. On Humor Me with Robert Smigel and Friends, me and hilarious guests from Jim Gaffigan to Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier.
This week, my guests, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel help an acapella band with their between songs banter. Who's the worst singer in the group? The worst?
yeah me is there anything to the idea that because you're from harvard uh you only got in because your parents made a huge donation to the group the yard birds right that's the name the harvard yard but they're open do you have a name suggestion we're open since you guys are middle-aged uh one erection
Listen to Humor Me with Robert Smigel and friends on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Humor me. I need some jokes to make me seem funny. Last night, a blown call changed the game. This morning, the internet lost its mind. and nobody's telling you exactly what happened. That's where Sports Slice comes in.
I'm Timbo, and every episode, we're cutting through the noise, breaking down the biggest moments in sports, and giving you the real story behind the headlines. And we're going straight to the source, the athletes themselves, their locker room stories, their reactions in the moment, and the stuff nobody gets to hear.
Listen to Sports Slice on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And for more, follow TimboSlicelife12 and the TikTok Podcast Network on TikTok.

Chapter 2: What insights does Tamra share about co-parenting?
I'd know. I competed there for decades. Join me, Renee Stubbs, on the Renee Stubbs Tennis Podcast for no-nonsense breakdowns of the biggest matches, the toughest players, and the moments that define Roland Garros. Good to win. She's an outsider to win the French main. And she likes clay. Listen, Lena Rybakina is arguably the best player in the world right now and actually can win on any surface.

Presented by Capital One, founding partner of iHeart Women's Sports. Hi, Amber. Hi, Lola. Welcome to an unlikely affair. Hello, my loves. It's Lala Kent. Hi, Amber.
Hi, baby. Are we alive and well? We are kind of alive. We're well, though. Yeah. We did twat seat and you had a moment of crying. I've learned to not ask you, are you crying anymore? Are you going to cry? Wait, are you an easy crier? You know what? Because me and Lala are not. By the way, I'm a cancer. So I'm always crying about something.
But I feel like in the last year, I've done literally so much. I call it like melting, like just thawing. So I cry less. But every once in a while, I'll get a little surprise. Like, oh, that still lives. That still bothers me. Yeah, it still bothers me.
Right. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's normal.
You guys recognize that voice.

Chapter 3: How does Tamra feel about her return to RHOC?
We are going to Bottle Rock Music Festival, and we're here with Tamara Judge as our guest.
Hello, gorgeous. Hello, baby. My birthday twin. Birthday twin. Wait, you guys have the same exact September 2nd. Many, many, many years apart. But with that face. But September 2nd is our birthday. What about your moon? Do you know what your moon is? I don't fucking know, Amber. I don't even know what it means to be a Virgo. Well, just look in the mirror.
This is what I know.
You are looking at a mirror.
Hello.
Hi.
Hi. Okay, so I'm very excited to talk to you. We have so much in common. We just did your podcast, myself and Amber.
And I just have to ask you, you've been in this game where your reality is now for everyone to judge and pick apart and they see such a grain of sand on the beach of your life.
Yeah. How do you keep it together? I don't. Ask my husband. I don't. I will say that I have been used to just being that outspoken person on the show that just says it like it is and doesn't hold back. And I get a lot of shit for it. You know, I don't make up stories. I don't lie. I don't cheat. I don't do anything. But I will call somebody out. You get a lot of shit from the fans.

Chapter 4: What does Tamra reveal about her experiences on reality TV?
So, but that's what's so interesting is there was a period of time that Tamara was not on the show. And this is what always happens. Everyone's like, get rid of them. And then they pick the most boring cast members. They're like, we just want to watch this. We're like, bitch, if you were just watching that, you wouldn't be watching.
And then everyone was begging for you to come back. Yeah. You come back. And the ratings went up. Of course they did. Because you're fantastic to watch.
And I know you on a personal level. Like we talk about things that have not aired. We talk about things that are going on in, and I always say there's a difference between reality and reality, right?
We talk about the other part of reality. Sure. But I just feel like no matter what job I've ever had in my entire life, I don't care if I was 15 years old and working at Burger King. I was giving it everything I had. I worked my way up. I was a hard worker. I was a team player. I did everything I could to make a drive-through cashier at that time. So when it comes to reality TV, I did everything.
They would come to me and say, ask that, do that. And I would do everything I was asked to do. And I was very just transparent. I don't give a shit. If you think I'm an asshole for saying what I said or doing what I did in my mind, I'm like, I'm just doing my job. Right. Right. Yeah. And so and then I get the backlash. I get that. You're mean. You're horrible.
And in my mind, I'm like, but I'm just like doing my job. Like, I'm just doing my job. So it's like it's a double edged sword for sure. No, it definitely is, which is why I stay completely out of the comments section.

Chapter 5: How does Tamra navigate the challenges of public scrutiny?
Oh, I do too now. I don't even read them. Because if you don't see it, it doesn't exist. Well, if I don't see it, it's not going to affect my life. Yes, 100%. The social media part of it and technology part of it has allowed people to cross and say things that are just so beyond inappropriate. Now, did you see a difference? Because obviously you're unscripted TV.
Do you get that same treatment online? Yeah, what is that like? No, I didn't. You know, this brought me back to when I was on a soap opera back in the day, all my children. But fans, I used to go to all these little conventions across, you know, the United States. And the fans literally cannot see the difference between you as like, okay, that's Amber Childers and that's Colby Chandler.
You are Colby Chandler. And they will come up to you and they will. I remember Colby Chandler. Do you?
You do? I do. Oh, my God. That's crazy. Can I tell you the most wild story about this? It was during that soap opera, the screen test. You were so young, right?
How old were you? I was, well, I screen tested twice for that one show. So one time I was 14. 14?
One time I was 15. She screen tested. It was between Amber and... and my best friend. Do you remember the Adam Sandler movie? A little porn star. Grownups, the hot girl over the car?
Yes, 100%. That's her. So how wild that our paths were already crossing.
I know.

Chapter 6: What role does humor play in Tamra's life and career?
In our teens. Me and you. That's crazy.
That's fucking wild.
Have you guys seen the movie Crash? It's like a really famous movie. It's about all these different lives. And somehow on one day, they all get intertwined. And it's like, it reminded me of that. Like you just never know how you could be passing, I don't know, six degrees of separation. Well, I truly believe, and I always have believed this, like everything happens for a reason.
And your past cross, For a reason. And like you guys obviously had this weird thing in your teens, whatever. And now dating the guy and then married to the guy. You were never married, right? You guys never married. No, we never got married. But now like, now you have a podcast together. I know. It's such a beautiful, beautiful friendship. It's God's work. That is God's work, baby.
So this is your, what season are we coming up on? 20. Oh my goodness. That's the longest standing because it's the original. She doesn't watch reality TV. So OC is the original of all, of every city. Give me a second. Okay, okay. The very first time reality like started popping off, my dad was obsessed with OC. Oh, how funny. And I, so you and Vicky and the other girl. Gina, Gina Keough.
The blonde one.
Laurie Peterson. Probably Laurie.
Yeah.
No, it wasn't.

Chapter 7: How does Tamra define a healthy relationship?
Gretchen. Oh, my best friend. Oh, my gosh. She's not back, right? So I just remember you guys on the show. But again, what we were just talking about, like, I didn't watch reality. I would watch... that though with my dad at night. I mean, my dad was like religious. He like, he was obviously like enamored with all of you guys because you're so fucking hot.
And, but now look at, I'm sitting here across from you.
That's life.
That's life though. Like it's so weird. It's all.
So I did have a moment of watching reality.
I love when my worlds collide. Okay, so this season, what would you say? Because it airs July 9th. Yeah. Thank God. Very quick turnaround. We just stopped filming a couple weeks ago. And we are going to, like, we have less than two months and we're airing. So it was a very quick turnaround.
It is a quick turnaround because I just ran into Terry and Heather at Craig's.
Yeah. And she was like, we're just... They're always there. Everyone is always at Craig's. Not me. Not me either. I never go, but somehow every time I go, there's a Bravo face. Yeah. It's like the place to go to be seen, right? I guess. I do the early bird specials, so I'm like, when do they open? That's when I'll be there. I do Linner now. Where's that?

Chapter 8: What advice does Tamra give about maintaining intimacy in relationships?
Oh, Linner. Linner.
I do Linner.
So what is that, like 4.30? 4.30 is the best.
So Eddie and I eat like at 3 o'clock.
Okay.
And I mean, it's so pathetic, but I love it.
No, it's wonderful.
And then do you have a snack before bed? No, we go to bed like at eight o'clock. Yes, my kind of household. Yes, so we go to bed at eight o'clock and we'll watch a TV show and I'll pop a gummy and he pops a gummy and we will be asleep. I have a really interesting- Personal question and you don't have to answer it. Yeah. Or you can. I'm so curious to know where this is going.
Do you, so you, so my head went to, because I'm a sick fuck sometimes, like sex being the dessert. I was just going to ask you the same thing. But wait, so sex. Gummies have ruined our sex lives. Oh, see, you have to have sex before the gummies. You can't hold out. In fact, we talk about it this season on the show. So what happens is we're very into just working out and life and all these things.
