He has extensive experience working as an advisor and executive coach to corporate, government and NGO executives, providing counsel on a wide range of organization and leadership issues in many countries globally. A prolific author and innovative thinker on leadership effectiveness, Dr. Jules writes and presents on a range of topics including executive leadership, top team effectiveness, coaching and global operating models.
