Healer and Qigong teacher Sebastian Monomosuke Törngren tells me about how he transformed his life from depression to power and joy – through energy medicine, physical changes and decisiveness. As a 20 year old he struggled with deep depression and saw no way out. He chose to fully commit to life, growth, and becoming himself. After getting support by western medicine and shifting many aspects of his life, he started on a journey of deep healing. Since then he's dived into many methods such as chinese medicine and qigong, breathwork, meditation, shamanism, plant medicine and more. Today he's sharing his wisdom through transforming ceremonies, healing sessions, workshops, online programs and gatherings. Sebastian is the founder of Breath of Life, and part of his mission is to empower people to move from darkness to light and reconnect with their hearts.
