How does the host frame the lightning‑round question about balancing AEO, GEO, and SEO for 2026?

Jordan Cooney 0:43
Let's jump into our last lightning round question. Game plan. You're an SEO director at an agency. What's your game plan for balancing AEO, GEO, and SEO in your 2026 strategy?

Why is tracking client traffic sources and vertical differences crucial for AEO/GEO strategy?

Amy Jurenka 0:56
Right. Um, how do I do this? And so uh again, this comes a lot back to down to tracking. Where is the majority of that client's traffic coming from and where do we see the growth, right? Um if you are a B2B SaaS company, it's gonna be very different than it than than that plumber or HVAC, right, client. But as we're doing this the thing, here's here's what I'm doing, right? Here's how what I'm doing and I am identifying in my brain and on paper and where I'm going.

What framework does Aimee use to categorize traditional SEO tactics into continue, modify, or replace?

Amy Jurenka 1:22
This is what we did for SEO. This is what we're doing for AEO. You know, this is what we're doing for GEO. You know, um, this is what we're doing for AEO slash GEO. You know, how are we going to be explaining this to the clients? What terms are we gonna be using? But here's what we always did. And I've already got everybody trained that there's on page, right? There's off page. There's technical SEO.

How does the client‑communication template map on‑page, off‑page, technical, and local SEO changes to new AI requirements?

Amy Jurenka 1:39
And then local SEO is a different type of SEO. So all my clients already know that. So I'm gonna be able to do a chart. Here's what we're doing for traditional SEO, right? Here's what we're not doing anymore because it doesn't matter. Here's what we're doing brand new for AEO and here's what we're transitioning that stuff that doesn't matter over in the AEO. Here's what we're doing on page, off page, right? Technical SEO.

What insights does the Previsible sponsor segment provide about integrated SEO consulting models?

Amy Jurenka 1:56
Here's our changes, here's our additions, here's our extractions. Make it really clear and simple.

Time for a one-minute break to hear from our sponsor, Previsible. So you're looking for SEO help, then you got a couple of options. You could start replying to spam from agencies that claim they can get you to rank number one on Google. You can pay an hourly rate for a consultant who will inevitably nickel and dime you with hourly charges, or you can work with a cookie cutter agency to quickly launch a strategy-less project with low success rate. None of those sound very good. Now do they? Well, that's where Previsible's integrated consulting model comes in. Previsible draws from a collective 40 years of SEO and digital marketing experience to unlock your organic growth opportunities. They build custom solutions that combine strategy, technical expertise, content, and reporting to effectively operationalize SEO for your business.

Pre-Visible's four-stage approach ensures that your SEO programs thrive.

How does Aimee explain the shift from generalized SEO to highly customized, client‑specific AEO/GEO tactics?

Unknown 2:52
By starting off with a strategy first approach. Then they support you in your efforts to create quality content, help you identify technical issues, and most importantly, they'll work with your cross-functional teams to integrate your SEO strategies to make sure that your SEO budget actually drives results, not just your agency's bottom line. So join brands like Yelp, eBay, Canva, Atlassian, Square, all who rely on the SEO consultant. At Previsible. For more information, go to previsible.io. That's previsible P-R-E-V-I-S-I-B-L-E.O.
Amy Jurenka 3:30
That also takes time for me to like spend a lot of time, right? Formulating that and figuring out and then trying to simplify what I think I'm going to be doing and then how to deliver that. Which is, you know, usually the hardest part is simplifying it for me. Right. But
Jordan Cooney 3:44
even simplifying it for the client. Yeah. Yeah. And and I love the foundational nature that like you gotta start with the foundation. If it's not there, then it's not gonna scale anyway.
