Hello and
Ben Mandelker 0:22
welcome to Watch What Crappens! I'm Ronnie, that's Ben over there. Hello Ben! Hi, Ronnie. How's it going? Good. Are you excited? It's your last day at work. I know it's my last day at work. It was supposed to be my second to last day at work, but our screener for Orange County didn't come in on time. So I won't be

able to

recap it with you before I fly off on my little European vacay, which is what I'm doing. Norway. Norway. Yeah, a little Norway-Portugal's action. So I'm going to be there all next week. And then I'll be all fresh as a daisy, ready for us to go on to a tour. Yeah. Well, that's coming up. Tour starts October 3rd in Kansas City and Chicago. We're going to a bunch of places, and we're doing it all between now and February 28th. So go to our website, watchwhatcrappens.com, and you'll see a calendar there for everything. And tickets are already available. So go buy some tickets. Want to? Okay. We're going to finish with the Golden Crappies in New York City on February 25th. Lord only knows who will be joining us. Lord only knows.
Ben Mandelker 1:30
Ask the Lord. Ask the Lord who's doing it and give us a holler so we know. It would be easier to know. Today is a recap for Next Gen NYC, the first reunion ever. If you

there. So today, Next Gen NYC Episode 13, Reunion Part 1. I know. What'd you think of the reunions? I thought it was really good. Also loved the set. And I don't know why they never have just like one big series of like, like cushioned benches. You know, this was so, this was great. Like they normally have all these sofas and couches and chairs and Like they did it perfectly. They just had like a nice, it was like the edge. It's like if you go into like a bar, you know, it's just like one long row of tufted cushions to sit on. So I thought it was great. I liked it. What did you think? I love that. That's my favorite. Yeah, it was good. I did love the couch as well. I thought so too. But I was like, damn, that is one gigantic couch.
Ben Mandelker 2:49
They've got 90 people on this show. i realized how many people there were on that show until i saw the couch you know you probably just don't think about things until you see the furniture involved yeah yeah that's how you that's how you really know yeah brooks really came in here uh i think charlie clocked brooks pretty well when he said oh you know brooks gets a lot of shits a season for not doing anything so now he comes in guns blazing which is true brooks came in a turquoise jacket and was like, I'm gonna get them today. No one's gonna mess with me when I've got this dark of a spray tan on. And he tried to go for it, but it fizzled out pretty quickly. Nobody gave it to him. They're like, okay.
Ben Mandelker 3:34
It's like when your toddler is screaming in the back and you're just like, okay. And then you just get out of the car and you take a bus and just leave your baby in the
car.
Ben Mandelker 3:43
Yeah, I think Meredith clearly gave him a pep talk and was like, you are being too passive this season. You got to get in the mix. So he came in ready to fight. I mean, he'll be fine. By the way, guys, don't leave your babies in the car. That was nice. It's a bad

advice.
Ben Mandelker 4:05
But he came in, I mean, I don't think Brooks is really in any danger of being dropped from the show because he's Meredith's son and he's, you know, but he definitely, he really, he went from being the center of the show to being at the edge of a very, very, very long, beautiful couch. That's not good. Well, was he the center? I mean, last season he was like the center. He was like the one, it was like, I know this person and I know that person and we do this thing together. And he was sort of like our narrator or like our focal point, I felt like. And it was about him just, you know, having just like dealing with New York City. And I don't know, I felt like he was a bit more central. It feels like a haze last year.
Ben Mandelker 4:51
But this year he was really barely in the show, to be honest, or just felt like he was barely in the show.
