Nic Mills told Martin Devlin there was no influx of people, and that it just felt like a normal Saturday after Covid."Cuba Street at 11pm last night was as dead as a doornail."He says that the officials got it wrong putting the test on a Sunday afternoon - and if it should have been an afternoon, they should have done it on a Saturday.Mills says that some of the establishments that he owns are not opening today, as they do not see the point.
