He has started and led several of the largest multidisciplinary weight loss programs and is an invited keynote speaker on topics related to obesity and obesity surgery. Dr. Davis is a published author of two books: "Proteinaholic: How Our Obsession With Meat is Killing Us" and "The Expert’s Guide to Weight-Loss Surgery."
