Going through her pregnancy she planned for a hands off, low intervention, unmedicated birth but things quickly changed around 29 weeks when she started to have dizzy spells. She shares about her diagnosis of pre-eclampsia and how it changed her birth plan. Ashley ended up having an empowering and beautiful cesarean / belly birth!
