When we (or especially other people) try to change our relationship with food, we will hesitate or outright deny that we have a problem; We need to create a food plan that allows us to have grace and forgive ourselves when we make mistakes. We need to accept that life gets in the way sometimes, and that's okay as long as we always pick ourselves back up; Instead of pushing yourself too hard at the start of your journey, commit to the small wins.
