How's it going? How can we help you type of thing?

It's like, I need to do this better. I've got to get these guys going. So I think the good coaches, you hear a lot of that. And what I've heard, it's just a little bit of, I've got to get this right. So there's your tick in terms of taking responsibility. What we've got to do or what I've got to do is get our boys playing better, more consistent, brand of footy. You know, my job as a coach is to sit there and get the players to understand, you know, why and how we lost. And I spoke about this last week and we didn't do it. So we've got to get it done. It's something we're being inconsistent at and we're probably not getting the best out of it at the moment. I aren't anyway.
So a lot of I and me taking responsibility for it. He's a pro. So he's now going to go, all right, I need to take the hits for this and put it on my shoulders a little bit.
