Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Whiskey Jinner. My guest today is one of my favorite people on earth. I say that for all my guests, but I mean once again today. It's Ken Marino. Hi, how are you? Ken Marino, thank you for coming. Thank you for rolling the R like I'm not.

Marino. How does a guy from New York feel about the Knicks? Do you care? I love the Knicks. I've Was this a big deal for you or not? It was a huge it was a huge deal.
I you know, I uh when I was in um when I was living in Manhattan in the nineties, I lived on uh twenty sixth and seventh uh and I shared a place with like the three other guys and we all bought uh we bought two seats season tickets and we would split you know, we would all split it when we would go. We watched a pre game show. at our apartment, then walk down the street and be in our seats by tip off. Wow. And it was the year that they went to the finals and lost. And it was incredible and I you know, I uh I was a so I was a Nick fan during that whole time and um sort of un unhealthily unhealthily obsessed with them and then uh and then followed them throughout the years and then sort of like You know, when when it was really d down and ugly and I was living in Los Angeles, I sort of lost touch a little bit.
And then got back into it when I was uh uh shooting in New York. I was shooting this show called The Other Two in New York. Love that show, man. It's fantastic. Thank you. I loved it too.
Because I've known him for years. Who uh Chris Drew.

So we were roommates. We were like, hey, they gave you a they give you a um you know, relocation fee. And so after the first year we were like, Hey, uh should we just pool our money together and get a better place? Yeah. And so we did and we got a slightly better place. But it was nice. So we w and we had a great time.

That show was so good, man. You you you you, by the way, underrated on that show. Like Thank you. Like the show was well received, but I think it's one of those things where like there's a few people that really know it and some the people that really know it are like in love with it. It's one of those shows. Like, did you ever see a show called Getting On? They made it in Britain and then we remade it here with Nisi Nash.

What and what was this scene? I was Jasper Pants. I was a dead old Irish golfer. I was like in the hospital. I remember that. Jasper Pants. Yes. It was me, Mollin. And Mollin and I then would go on to do a unbelievably bad television show together. One of the worst of all time. Un unheard of. It was called uh I've done m a lot of unheard of. I've done way more.
It was called Sin City Saints. It was Yahoo's first TV show about a basketball team in Vegas.
