[5:00][5:30] I was running my own business but I was still too scared to let go of that full time ‘good job’ that I had.[6:00] Once I started doing what I love, I knew I wouldn’t be going back.[8:30] What was important was people, and family, and knowing that you aren’t going through this alone.[12:00] People always talk about how I’ve changed their life, but they’ve changed mine.Celebrate Success! How can we help and support each other?[17:30] If there something you want to do or achieve or a place where you can make a difference, you have to just back yourself and go for it![19:30] You can’t make a difference unless you take action.[21:00] Fail your way to success! There’s no one who succeeded their way to success.[24:00]A lot of people ask what time is the right time to take the leap, but it’s never the right time. Know that you will make it work because it’s what you’ve been put on this Earth to do.[25:30] You think that people are judging you and not supporting you- prove them wrong.[26:00] There’s nothing better than doing what you love. It’s freedom.Focus on YOU [28:00] [28:00] When you’re so focused on watering your own grass, and you’re focused on your own interests and passions, you don’t have time to sit and wonder what others are thinking.[31:00] It blows my mind that we aren’t taught from a young age to sit down and figure out what you want within the next few days, weeks, months.[35:00] Understand what works for you and what motivates you![36:00] The most important lessons you can learn are the ones about yourself.[37:00] What one person’s version of happiness is, is another person’s version of hell. Don’t look at other people online and think that’s your path to happiness.[38:00] Find out what your version of happiness is.[40:00] Stop and be present in the moment. Celebrate everything you achieve.[42:00] Surround yourself with people that want you to do well. [48:00] Reach out and get the support! It makes such a difference.[51:00] Spending time on my own, just to be still and take in what’s going around me, and actually think about how I feel is really powerful.[54:00] It’s not good, it’s not bad, it just is.[55:00] It’s so important to not be hard on yourself. This is a journey- all you can do is your best.
