It's only been a wee while since Kayleigh Webster started running, like 3 years! Starting with Couch to 5K in 2020 and completing the final 5k run on Christmas Day was a great way to start. Then things started to change... May the 4th be with you? Why indeedy! A significant date in 2022 for Kayleigh as it started a change in direction of going alcohol free and transitioned to a plant based diet (more on that later) Kayleigh shares her thoughts on social media (it's not always a bad thing!) and the running community that's developed (and that she plays a big part in) for her as part of this. 5ks to half marathons to marathons to ultras it's been some escalation!
