Arrive to your practice by taking a slow, deep breath in through your nose… and exhale fully through your mouth. Let your body settle, your shoulders soften, and your hands rest gently in your lap. Gently close your eyes if that feels safe and feel your connection to the space around you. Now, bring your awareness to the sensations in your body. Notice your feet crossed on the floor or however you are resting, your back supported, the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe. With each inhale, feel the energy of presence, with each exhale, release tension or restlessness. Now, silently name three things you are grateful for in this moment. They can be simple—the warmth of your sweater, the sound of the wind outside, or the feeling of steady breath. Pause with each one, letting gratitude fill your chest and flow through your body. As your awareness settles, reflect on one aspect of your life that feels abundant, something you might usually overlook. It could be your creativity, your relationships, or the simple comforts that surround you. Picture this abundance as a gentle, glowing light within you, steady and warm. Set your intention for today. Perhaps it is to notice more moments of richness in your life, to express appreciation to someone, or to allow yourself to rest fully in what you already have. Feel this intention expand through your body with each breath. Take one final deep inhale, letting gratitude and abundance fill every part of you. Exhale fully, releasing anything that doesn’t serve your highest good. Begin to bring your awareness back to the room, to your body in this space, and to the rhythm of your breath. Gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of appreciation and fullness into your day. "Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste."
