Your Daily Three Meditation - Contentment

21 Oct 2025

Description

A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday.  Every day brings a different theme.  To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello, beautiful. Please take a moment to arrive in your space. Sit comfortably, close your eyes if that feels safe, and rest your hands gently in your lap. Take a slow, deep inhale through your nose… and exhale fully through your mouth. Let your shoulders soften and your mind begin to settle as you find a natural rhythm to your breath. Picture yourself walking through a quiet park in the heart of fall. The air is crisp, carrying the scent of fallen leaves and the subtle warmth of sunlight filtering through amber and gold branches. You notice the gentle crunch of leaves beneath your feet. With each inhale, feel the crisp, clean air filling your lungs. With each exhale, release any tension or restlessness. Reflect on the small comforts and joys in your life—the warmth of a cozy sweater, the taste of a comforting drink, or the glow of soft light in your home. Allow gratitude to rise naturally in your chest for these moments, feeling their calm, steady presence. Now, set your intention for today: how can you appreciate contentmore more. Perhaps to notice and savor simple moments, to find ease in what already is, or to approach challenges with gentle patience. Imagine this intention as a soft, golden light in your heart, steady and guiding you through the day. Take one more deep breath in, letting contentment expand through your body. Exhale fully, letting go of anything that doesn’t serve you. Begin to bring your awareness back to the room, to the sensation of your body supported, and to your breath flowing naturally. Gently open your eyes, carrying with you the sense of calm contentment into your day. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste.
