Feel your feet rooted to the ground beneath you, steady and supported. Take a deep breath in through your nose… and a long, gentle exhale through your mouth. Notice the space that begins to open as you breathe. Let your shoulders drop, your jaw unclench, your belly soften. This is your moment to pause — to step out of motion and simply be. Today’s theme is Seasonal Grace — the practice of moving with change rather than against it. Think of the way nature shifts with ease — the trees releasing their leaves, the air cooling, the light softening. Nothing forces or resists. Everything unfolds in its time. You, too, are part of that rhythm. Life invites you to grow, to release, to begin again — sometimes gently, sometimes unexpectedly. There’s grace in each transition when we meet it with openness.
