A 3-minute guided meditation focused on gratitude and intention setting offered Monday-Friday. Every day brings a different theme. To learn more about your host, please visit https://yourdailythree.com. Hello love. Please find a comfortable position or stand if you like, letting your body feel supported and safe. Close your eyes if that feels comfortable and safe, and take a long, slow inhale… and a full, releasing exhale. Allow your shoulders to drop, your jaw to soften, and your hands to rest gently. Bring your attention to your body from head to toe. Slowly, notice any areas of tension or tightness. With each inhale, invite softness into those spaces. With each exhale, imagine letting go, allowing them to release like leaves falling gently in autumn. Now, gently move your body with your breath—perhaps lifting your arms on an inhale, lowering them on an exhale, or rolling your shoulders and neck. Let the movement be small, easy, and flowing, noticing the rhythm and comfort it brings. With each motion, feel a sense of ease spreading through your body and mind. Reflect silently on one part of your life where you can invite more ease today. It could be in your work, a relationship, or simply in how you carry yourself. Allow gratitude to emerge for the spaces where life already feels lighter and calmer. With this feeling of lightness and ease, set your intention for today. Perhaps it is to approach situations with more patience, to take time so that reactions turn into simple thoughtful responses or to invite more softness and openness in your interactions. Imagine this intention as a gentle, steady current moving through your breath and body, guiding you. Take one final, deep breath in… and exhale fully, letting your body, mind, and heart settle into ease. Slowly return your awareness to the room, to your posture, and the rhythm of your breath. Gently open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm, flowing ease into the rest of your day. Thank you for being here. Go out and make it a great day. Namaste
