And today, I'm proud to announce that Ellen is joining us inside the Zen Supermom team in a new role that I created for her - as a Community Manager. Ellen's new responsibility will be supporting the supermoms and superdads inside our client Facebook group, by helping them get unstuck from their stress/yelling trauma patterns, answering their questions, and encouraging them to trust the process and keep healing.We prepared this special podcast episode for you so that you learn a bit about Ellen's personal story, what her "demons" were and how she overcame them.
