Have you ever had a moment in your life where you sort of suddenly realised that balance was important? Yes, when I've been trying to learn to ski as an adult. I have a partner who's a very good skier and really wants me to be able to ski. I mean, I'm just not very good and I don't enjoy it. I feel completely mentally exhausted from the whole task of trying to balance.
