Good morning, Kandria Allen with commission staff. With this rulemaking, staff is recommending repeal of Article eighteen of Title Fourteen, Chapter Two, of the Arizona Administrative Code as directed by the Commission. Article eighteen is the renewable energy standard and tariff rules, which I will refer to as the rest rules. The commission adopted the rest rules in decision number six nine one two seven and revised portions of the rules in decision number seven four four four four four eight eight two. The rest rules require retail electric utilities or affected utilities to obtain a portion of the utility's annual retail energy sales from eligible renewable energy resources, including distributed renewable energy resources.
