We have a quorum. Outstanding. Um today's a special day. It's uh Bring Your Kids to Work Day. So I we have some special guests, Barb. Could you let us know who's here?
Oh. Good morning. So today we have uh Lily, daughter of school board member Zieman. I'm not gonna say everyone's ages. Sixth grader at Bay no. Sunrise out sunrise not all. That's just why I'm not gonna do that. Okay. We have uh Cora Ramsey, daughter of Don Tietzel from Planning Council Staff. I do know that she is twelve and she goes to New River Middle School. I do know that. Uh we have CJ, son of Mabel Hurtado, who is Commissioner Fisher's chief of staff, and CJ is six.
All right, CJ.
He's stuck in right down there. And then in the audience, um, we have a a couple of applicants and city staff that have brought their children. Um so we have Lincoln and Anderson who are Matt Scott's kids back here. And we have Audrey and Claire, who are the daughters of Andrew Penny from the city of Marguerite Sach. And I think that's all the kids I know about, so if there's any other kids I don't know about, I'm sorry. Okay, great. Thank you.
Welcome everyone. Thanks for being here. Thanks for bringing your kids out. This is exciting. Okay, some uh congratulations are in order before we get started with the meeting. First and foremost, I want to congratulate Mayor Castillo on his one of her So I think some of you know this, but Angelo has been on this council uh basically forever. I mean he started in two thousand four, was on two thousand ten. He served as chair, vice chair, he served in many different roles back on in fourteen. Um I think um you even mentioned the planning council when you were uh being sworn into office, I think. So this is important to you and we're just so lucky to have you. Just one more mayor sit next to me, I love it.
So welcome, congratulations. Also, congratulations to Mayor Brunson, President of Legal Cities. Well fantastic. And a shout out to Councilmember Horlan, who is the vice president and she'll be the president next year. So we're in good hands. And finally, Commissioner Raleigh, who is now Vice Mayor Raleigh, who made it an appointed congratulations. And I think that does it. Unless I missed anybody that did something spectacular in the last month, just let me know. With that,

Sure, thank you. The consent agenda today, um, the approval of the final agenda includes additional agenda material. It's just a new addition to the um to the agenda because that way we remember to recognize it each month. So you received the additional agenda materials yesterday. In addition to those emails, we received two additional emails from residents uh Debbie Stanton, opposed to item PH two that's in the city of Margate, and an email from Edward Collin, uh resident of Margate, who's also opposed to item PH two.
