I just wanted to lift up this this um Transaction it's the McCullough Drive Streetscape improvements in the amount of almost seven million dollars. The um looks like the contract is meeting the established MBE and the WBE goal and it has support from university city partners.

It's um Something I think it's very uh timely to have the discussion today. You do have one uh closed session item, uh Madam Mayors, but if there if there aren't any questions, I'd like to turn it over to Monica Holmes and Warren Booten. I love seeing it.
