Well, good evening. We will come to order. Welcome, everyone, to our July 8, 2026 Planning Commission meeting. We're going to open with some Commission business, and then we'll convene five public hearings this evening. And moving into Commission business, I'm going to call upon Commissioner Bachelak-Causey. I believe you have a decision only. Yes, thank you, Mr. Chairman. Before I go ahead and make my motion, I just wanted to turn to staff to make sure that we got some of the issues that were worked out on transportation. So anybody want to comment on that?

Tomorrow night, the Land Use Process Review Committee will actually have a double meeting. We will be going over updates related to the upcoming work on ALUs as well as home decos. This is not my usual role to read off alphabet soup here. So our first case this evening will actually be in the Providence District. It is Standard Healthcare Services, Inc. CDPA-85-P-002, FDPA-85-P-002-002, and PCA-85-P-002-002, as well as RZPA-85-P-002. Our second public hearing this evening will be in the Mount Vernon District. That is Thomas F.
