Uh um thank you. Yeah, it's uh um been uh a few weeks since we heard the application for um prosperity park um which is large development in the Maryfield district next to the Dunloering Metro. We had um I think one one issue that came up as part of that, it reminds my colleagues, the uh and for me, the question of whether we were meeting the stormwater in conformance with the the policy plan for the stormwater. The applicant has provided a memo. Thank you for providing that, along with um a lot of other issues um that we discussed during the Planning Commission. I think as part of that um helpful to me to clear clarity, some of it is the timing of when the application went through. We were considering the policy plan changes at the time.
Unknown 5:12
This application was going through, was submitted prior to the policy plan changes.
