As you may have noticed, an empty seat next to me. Uh Chair Najelsky Eichner will not be joining us. He is taking care of some personal business. But don't worry. Uh I'm feeling no pressure. That's not true. I pledge to do my best, but when things go awry, feel free to blame it all on the chair who's not here tonight. Okay? So without further ado, uh let's get started. Our meeting this evening includes commission business, including um action on two decision only, one deferral, and five public hearings. So with that I would like to open it up, Commissioner.

the list. Thank you, Madam Chairwoman. Um I just wanted to get on the record from staff so everything regarding transportation uh of this application has been Um is all up to what the expectations are. Yes. Okay. Yep. Um all right. Then Madam Chairwoman, I will make my motion. Thank you. I move that the Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Supervisors approval of PCA twenty seventeen. uh dash DR dash zero one two and the associated conceptual development plan C D P A twenty seventeen dash DR dash zero one two subject to the execution of the profers consistent with those now dated September ninth, twenty twenty six and I move that the Planning Commission approve FDPA twenty seventeen-dR dash zero one two subject to the development conditions dated july eighth twenty twenty six
And subject to the Board's approval of the concurrent proffered condition amendment application. I further move that the Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Supervisors the approval of the waivers and modifications listed on the staff report covered June twenty-fifth, twenty twenty six.

We did actually bring this before the land use committee on Monday. Um and we had favorable uh voting on this project. And so Uh if no one has any discussion or questions about this project. And Madam Chair, I will make my motion.

Uh but first I request that the applicant confirm for the record their agreement to the proposed development conditions dated august twenty seventh, twenty twenty six, as contained in the staff report.
