I have just a couple items on the agenda, but we don't have any public participants today. Does everyone have a chance to look at our minutes from the last meeting in February? Any suggested edits or additions? You might recall that meeting was all about floodplain, Chapter 5, Chapter 8. Let's make a discussion.
Is

there a motion to approve the minutes as presented? Awesome. Is there a second? Thanks, Brandon. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Thank you. Any opposed? And this will be approved. An administrative update. Okay. So

at the board business meeting on Tuesday, we had an item pertaining to new daily communities. And the board did take action on that item on the consent agenda. And this was the motion that the board directed staff to prepare design and construction standards for daily residential communities. Verification provided. obtain input and recommendation from this group and return to the board resolution of intent to amend, initiate appropriate amendments to establish such standards. So Gates will officially be back on the agenda here soon. Just want to let you all know, and the scope is

narrow term residential.

Did we have a recommendation last time? It did not enable it. There was a lot of discussion and suggestions as far as technical items or whatever that might be considered, but I don't think as a group that we came to a conclusion on. There was a good list. Yeah, I remember the discussion was similar. Finalized. Or if you could hear that. I don't that I don't. Yes, I so we're aware of the context that the board. Yes. OK, so we have some guests here with us. None

of you may know though. We have Steve Thompson who is our County archaeologist and Heidi Sieventritt. And Heidi, you're going to have to tell me your current title. I'm the principal planner of the preservation team lead. Preservation team lead. And you all know, and I'm going to vouch for my hair, that I've been dying to get this done for a very, very long time. But we were bummed because of the zoning ordinance rewrite. And so we're here today to present amendments to you all. As noted in the email that I sent out, primarily these amendments are focused on getting the 2020 tech limit adapted into the FSO. We've been operating under that technology for a long time. That technology came out shortly after we had the cemetery buffers.

There was a zoning ordinance amendment that incorporated cemetery buffers. That's when the reconnaissance survey came into existence and it could not be waived and there were some issues associated with that. And so Steve elegantly figured out how we're going to get around that. manage some of those projects. So it's been going really well. We've heard very good feedback on TechMOMO and are excited to get it back to them. And then there's one change that they're proposing that we will discuss as we go. So I was thinking we would just sort of run through the amendments like we normally do from the beginning down to the end here.
