the meeting. No, I twisted his arm. But you know, if if he doesn't make it, you know, this is a personal thing. What's that? Did we leave the four? Well, I was gonna ask ask Brandon to take over. So anyway, uh we're gonna do our best to kind of churn through this just a heads up. Uh There's someone else. I think Phil has to leave around four also, right? So the room's gonna get a little empty. Right. Laura sent out a set of minutes. But uh hopefully if you haven't read 'em, if you can scan 'em. Really quickly. I read through them, I didn't see anything. context wise that was really uh I didn't I didn't have any edits or suggestions. think you did a pretty thorough job of capturing what The discussion was.
Unknown 1:42
It's all archaeology. Archaeological dump comments.
Chair (Unknown) 1:47

Laura 2:14
Yeah. All right, so um I had sent out a meeting poll and it looked like It worked out better actually for most people to move our April second meeting to April ninth. So I was gonna officially do that unless anybody here objects. Um and then the other thing, the other question that was raised was if we do that, could we possibly move our April sixteenth meeting to April 23rd to have a two-week gap between the meetings? So surprise I'm asking. Can we move? April sixteenth to April twenty third.
Chair (Unknown) 2:47
I'm not a fan. My daughter's birthday.
Laura 2:50
Oh.
Chair (Unknown) 2:50
And I'm gonna be I just saw on the twenty third there's a ESI. Class. Field trip, you know.
Laura 2:59
Okay, that's all right. I just That I would ask. Um, so we'll we won't move that. We'll just we'll have back to back. We'll be on the April ninth and April sixteenth. I will send out an invite for the ninth. And cancel your invite for the second. To get the calendar up just date. That that's
Unknown 3:23
all they needed is Oh,
Laura 3:24
July second. Do we want to talk about that then?
Unknown 3:27
Go ahead.
Laura 3:27
Okay. Um July second is so close to the July fourth holiday. So we're inquiring if we would have people available to attend a July second meeting and if not, maybe we would consider canceling that.
Brandon 3:42
What day of the week is that?
Chair (Unknown) 3:44
It w
Laura 3:44
it's a Thursday.
Chair (Unknown) 3:46
And the fourth
Unknown 3:47
is
Chair (Unknown) 3:47
Saturday. Saturday. So most places are gonna be closed on the third anyway. I would say cancel it both.
Laura 4:00
All right, that's it. Back on track. Right. Okay. So you want us to proceed with this first item? Go ahead. So we have the draft um form update tech memo. Uh Kate McConnell is back with us again. You guys might remember she was here about a year ago. A year ago, yeah. About a year ago with some updates to the um proper condition status update form. Um, I think she's been working with a lot of groups trying to trying to get that pulled together. And then we also have the performance guarantee release certification, um, formerly known as poor performance bond release certification. And as you might recall, the the PSOF, the proffer form kind of goes in the middle. of that release certification and submit it as a part of that package.
Laura 4:49
So she was kind enough to um she's at the point where she's ready. She's ready to go forward. With issuing the new forms. And we have a tech memo that we wanted to present. Um, that we sent the draft out. You see the date here is March 27th. I'm not sure we could necessarily swing that. We have some web page updates to do, but we would try. Um, and the other key piece of information is that the new forms would be expected to be submitted. on May first, because I know the timeframe of when we announce versus when we implement is important to this group.
